To help provide viable, forward-looking development for all people, in culturally diverse and inclusive programs. We support complex reforms and leadership as a catalyst for change. Our activities are geared to improving peoples living conditions through home ownership and affordable housing.

River Front Development Group
River Front Development Group (RFDG) has been a tax-exempt IRS Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC) since 1996 and acts as an anchor and advocate for affordable housing in Western North Carolina. We work with groups, small businesses, aother nonprofits, churches and main stream stackeholders to address the housing shortage caused by the area's rapid development, expansion and urbanization. We serve individuals, families, and organizations in their pursit of affordable housing opportunites for low-moderate income residents and provide community capacity-building and homeownership training.
